Healing Emotional Roadblocks and Root Causes
When we embark on our health journey, we might find ourselves face-to-face with emotional roadblocks. We may be clinging to toxic beliefs that we're not worthy or capable of healthy change. We may be stifled by subconscious fears about making those healthy changes. Or we may be hyper-focused on factors like food and supplements when it's our hearts and minds that need the greatest attention and care.
Trauma can be a root cause of our health issues and can create barriers between us and the healthy changes we're trying to make. If we have deep wounds under the hood of our health issues and we overlook or ignore them, we’re likely going to struggle to make the healthiest choices, reach our health goals, and thrive. Despite doing all the things on the surface (food, exercise, supplements, sleep, etc.), turmoil below the surface can sabotage your progress, and addressing it can be a gateway to profound healing.
