A Thyroid Thrivers’ Grocery Guide

Hi friend. You may have noticed that this blog is not very active anymore, and you’re right. In case you’re new here and have stumbled upon Hypothyroid Chef hoping to find the help and inspiration you need to get your life, health, and energy back, I want to come right out and let you know that Hypothyroid Chef might not be the best place for you as a thyroid patient. Why? Because I don’t really live here anymore, and you won’t hear from me much.

My new online home has SO MUCH more to offer those of you who are trying to optimize your health with thyroid-friendly diet and lifestyle. In case you don’t already know, I decided to venture beyond recipes only, and take the biggest leap in my professional life to become the Co-Founder of Thyroid Refresh & THYROID30 with my amazing biz partner, Danna Bowman (previously of Thyroid Nation).
