Even for someone like me who loves to cook, I don't want to have to come up with something every time I eat. Nor do I want to spend all day in the kitchen, or make several trips to the store in one week. That's a recipe for kitchen burnout. And it's a recipe for getting desperate and going astray from the foods that help us thrive.
The best way to avoid these common pitfalls is through meal planning. There are a few different methods you can use, depending on your needs. Since 2015 I've been using a system that combines a little bit of each, and can help make thyroid-healthy eating your new normal.
